Dear Andy Baxter (the Boss),
We are getting to know our new central heating system – it’s a learning curve for us, but I am so glad I broke into our dwindling capital as we can now look forward to winter without worrying about heat and hot water! Good news at our age.
I want to thank you & your very efficient team for all their efforts on our behalf. I was a bit worried that my bathroom heater was not heating up, but I am glad to say, Mark Winskill came yesterday & fixed it. ( I really need that heat when I get out of the bath).
So, it’s thanks all round to you and your team – really good lads, all.
